I play the oboe, and I love doing it. I had no intention of primarily studying music in college, but it has been the best surprise of my life. It is through music that I've met my favorite people, discovered who I am, and shared myself with the world. I feel at home in the jazz and avant garde, and I'm looking for opportunities to bring my classical training closer to those elusive worlds.
